FOR FEMALE FOUNDERS WITH AN EVENT THAT NEEDS TO SUCCEED.

Stop hoping the room fills. Start knowing it will.

The Event Accelerator turns the event you’re panicking about at 3am into a plan you can put into action the same day.

“This was exactly what I needed to get out of my own head & into action”

You’ve run events before but this one just isn’t selling how you hoped it would. You know the value in what you’re creating but people aren’t buying the way they used to.

Now your event is weeks away and you’re looking at the numbers wondering what to do to make this sell.

You’re wondering if you priced it to high? Maybe it’s the holidays and people are just distracted? Or maybe you’ve lost your edge?

It’s NOT you and it’s almost never the thing you think it is.

Does this sound like you?

What if instead...

Hi, I am Tamsin.

I help female founders run profitable events that build their business and their brand on a level others cannot compete with.

Your event does not need to feel like you’re begging people to attend it. I’ve been there and been in that energy of desperation and it killed my sales and my confidence.

In 2023 I decided events need to be easier to fill and I created my Event Architecture™ framework to make sure every event I run works before the ticket even goes live.

This framework runs through all of my work now and it’s the exact method I used to sell out my business retreat within days of it going live.

I can take one look at your event and know exactly what is standing between you and a full room. My clients walk out of one session with a clear head, a complete plan and next steps they can action immediately.

Introducing the Event Accelerator

Ninety minutes with me, and a full written strategy pack in your inbox afterwards.

We go through your numbers, your audience and your mindset. Not the version you put on Instagram. We find where the event is leaking, then we fix it, decide the action that’s needed, and write it down so you cannot talk yourself out of it on a wobbly Wednesday.

You leave with your price locked, your room mapped, your plan built week by week, and the words to sell it.

What My Clients Have To Say

You will get:

1

The 90 minute deep dive session

One conversation, live with me, where we go through your capacity, your break even, your runway and your pricing. No prep needed beyond your actual numbers. You will be asked things nobody else has asked you, and you will answer them out loud, which is where most of the shift happens.

2

Your session record

Everything we covered and everything you decided, written up properly. Your event as you described it, your financial baseline, and every decision locked so it stops being up for debate. Read it once, then never worry you have forgotten something important from the session.

3

Your action plan

Your plan worked backwards from the date, in priority order. What you do first, what you do if the week goes sideways, and the running ticket total you should be at by every checkpoint. You never wake up wondering what to work on, and you find out you are behind with weeks to spare instead of on the Monday before.

4

Your messaging themes

Six to eight themes in your own language that we pull from the session, with the specific talking points underneath each one and why each theme works. This is what you say and when to rotate it, so you stop inventing content on a Tuesday morning and start repeating the things that actually sell your event.

*

Bonus

2 months of accountability included to keep you on track with your event plan.

Nobody leaves with a strategy. You leave with Monday.

Is this the right fit for you?

This is perfect for you if:

This is not for you if:

A clear plan and practical next steps you can action the same day

How many more events are you going to run on hope?

You already know the idea is good. You already know the room would be worth being in. That was never the question.

The question is whether you spend the next eight weeks refreshing a ticket page and quietly negotiating yourself down on price, or ninety minutes getting a plan and then working it.

Your event is happening either way. The only thing you get to choose is whether it is full.
