Tamsin Broster Coaching (“the Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website www.tamsinbroster.co.uk. We may change or add to this privacy notice, so we encourage you to review it periodically. Tamsin Broster Coaching is the data controller and resides at 103 Willowherb Road, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7FP.

This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website, products, and services — including when you sign up via third party tools such as Scorecard. Your privacy matters to us and we take it seriously.

Data We Collect

When you use our site, sign up to our email list, complete a quiz or scorecard, or purchase our products or services, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Address, postcode, city

For clients who work directly with us, we may also collect additional voluntary information including goals and aspirations, business details, and health-related information where relevant to the service provided.

Lead Generation and Quiz Tools

We use Scorecard to host quizzes and diagnostic tools on our behalf. When you complete a quiz or scorecard, your email address and quiz responses are collected and stored by Scorecard and transferred to our email marketing platform, MailerLite. By completing a quiz, you agree to receive your results and follow-up emails from Tamsin Broster Coaching. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Email Marketing

We use MailerLite to manage our email list and send marketing communications. When you join our email list — whether through our website, a quiz, or another opt-in — your data is stored securely in MailerLite. We use tags and segments to send you relevant content based on your interests and how you joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

For more information, see MailerLite’s privacy policy at www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy
